What makes my work different is how I listen to your body. I don’t follow a set routine or try to “fix” symptoms. Each session is guided by what your body is ready to release in that moment.

I blend craniosacral therapy with intuitive awareness to create a space where both physical tension and emotional layers can gently unwind together. I see discomfort not as something to push through, but as your body’s way of holding onto stress, experiences, or patterns that haven’t fully processed.

I work at the pace of your nervous system, so your body can feel safe enough to let go. This is where deeper, more lasting shifts begin, not just temporary relief, but a real sense of ease, balance, and connection within yourself.
